When Tiffany Thomas of Waistcoat & Badger designed Co-Space St Albans, she envisioned a workspace that would feel as considered and refined as the people working within it. Our job was to make sure every piece arrived in perfect condition, was tracked meticulously, and landed exactly where it needed to be — before a single desk was sat at.


Waistcoat & Badger appointed 3PL Interiors to manage the complete FF&E logistics operation for Co-Space St Albans — a landmark 28,000 sq ft commercial fit-out spanning five floors. From the moment the first delivery arrived at our warehouse, through to the last sofa settling into place, we owned the entire journey.

Our scope covered everything: receiving, inspecting and logging every item into our online portal, secure storage, coordinated delivery to site, and full installation — across a project that ran from bespoke meeting tables, luxurious sofas and feature lighting, right through to over 400 office chairs, desks and pedestals.


A dedicated team of trained installers worked methodically across the five-floor site, completing the full installation in just two weeks. With a project of this scale, sequencing is everything — and our team’s experience meant Tiffany and the Co-Space team could focus on the finishing touches, not the logistics.

Every item was tracked from intake to install. Every floor was handed over clean.
